What we don't charge for.

A list, kept on purpose. Each item is a thing competing products meter, and we don't.

Per seat A DSAR shouldn't punish having a bigger team. Add the whole legal department. Add HR. Add the DPO's intern. Same bill.
Per search Searching is the main thing. Metering it is absurd. Run a thousand searches a day. Re-run a search to double-check. We don't care.
Per export Producing the PDF is the deliverable. Include export charges in pricing and you've billed someone for using the product.
Per request DSAR volume spikes. The price doesn't. Whether you handle one DSAR a year or two hundred, the line item is the same.
Per identity cluster An archive's population isn't a SKU. Index 100,000 images of 200 people, or 100,000 of 12,000 people. The price tracks images, not faces.
Premium support tier SLA scales with the plan, not a separate cheque. You don't pay extra to get a human on the line at 14:00 on a Friday.

If a smaller plan would fit better, we'll tell you.

Procurement teams know the script: salesperson recommends the bigger box. We won't. If your archive is 8,000 photos, you're on Compliance. We'd rather have you small and renewing than big and regretful.
